Her career includes senior roles with American Airlines, Sabre Hospitality Solutions, and Amadeus/TravelClick, where she managed international portfolios and forged key partnerships across the Caribbean and Latin America.

As part of the Dominican Republic Ministry of Tourism, Wendy developed the country’s first Wellness Tourism Strategy and helped reposition Puerto Plata through strong public-private collaboration. She later founded Luxury Travel DR, representing premier brands such as St. Regis Cap Cana, Amanera, and Casa Colonial, and curating bespoke travel and wellness experiences.
